Excellent Roman pinsa. The place isn't huge, but in the center of Brescia, all the places are quite small. Very good pinsa with refined, quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. The only drawback is the lack of parking, and finding one is a nightmare.

A very good pizzeria, both gluten-free and gluten-free. It's very important to note that there are gluten-free options, but not all of them are. We made a mistake, and they still replaced one of them for us, paying the extra cost. They were very kind. Very tasty.

I think it's the best pinsa in Brescia, superior to all the other pizzerias. The pinsas are super light, but they leave you satisfied. Generous portions with top-quality ingredients and unusual combinations that work.

Discovered thanks to the AIC app, and I can confirm we were very satisfied. Excellent food and quality...the staff are professional and very attentive to celiac disease (which isn't always a given). 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Come sempre questo locale è una garanzia. Ale e Valentina sono sempre pronti ad accoglierti e darti il benvenuto; la domenica sera è allietata anche dalla presenza di Sara che è un uragano di sorrisi. Ancora una volta questa pinsa ci ha stupito , croccante e molto fragrante la base poi è condita con ottimi prodotti di una materia prima di ottima qualità. Si vede quando c è ricerca e innovazione. Ottimi anche i dolci fatti in casa.

In centro a Brescia ho potuto assaggiare la mia prima pinsa senza glutine e l’ho trovata veramente buona. Tutte le pinse in menu possono essere fatte in versione senza glutine con sovrapprezzo di tre euro. Il locale è molto piccolo quindi è indispensabile prenotare per trovare posto. Segnalo come il locale lavori su due fasce di prenotazione ( sette o nove).

20/08/2025: A spontaneous decision was a brilliant idea! We made a reservation and sat outside (the street is right in front of the door, but that's just how it is here 😉). The service was excellent! Very friendly, quick, and accommodating! We had two starters (homemade spinach bread dumplings + ravioli in lemon sauce), which were truly fantastic!!! The pizza was amazing (you could top it yourself with ham or salami). The traditional home-style cooking (Boateng territory) and the fish of the day with polenta were also incredibly delicious!!! And I'm not just sniveling; we've had other restaurants here to compare them to! The wine was the same; we had a Chardonnay, which was really very good! The value for money was truly outstanding! An all-around delicious evening! I highly recommend it!!! Very tasty, great service, simply good! 💪🏻👍🏻🤩😍
18/08/2025: We visited several times during our vacation and had a fantastic time every time! Christian captivated us with his warm personality, and we always looked forward to seeing him. The croissants, espresso, and Aperol were delicious. We would definitely go back!

15/07/2025: What can I say? Our expectations were exceeded! Since my sweetheart has a total gluten intolerance (severe celiac disease), she was surprised with gluten-free pizza (all for a €3 surcharge), and I was treated to a very, very good meal. I was shocked at how good the value for money was! 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, and various drinks all came to €84! Thank you again! We'll be back tomorrow!
