We visited the Pinseria for lunch, choosing to sit outside. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. I tried the pinsa number 9 with pistachio, stracciatella, and smoked salmon: light and well-balanced in flavor. The dough is soft, perfectly crunchy, and very digestible. The staff is friendly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a Roman pinsa in Brescia.

Excellent Roman pinsa. The place isn't huge, but in the center of Brescia, all the places are quite small. Very good pinsa with refined, quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. The only drawback is the lack of parking, and finding one is a nightmare.

A very good pizzeria, both gluten-free and gluten-free. It's very important to note that there are gluten-free options, but not all of them are. We made a mistake, and they still replaced one of them for us, paying the extra cost. They were very kind. Very tasty.

I think it's the best pinsa in Brescia, superior to all the other pizzerias. The pinsas are super light, but they leave you satisfied. Generous portions with top-quality ingredients and unusual combinations that work.
