Excellent roman pinsa garnished with first rate chosen ingredients. A fairly large beer selection will accompany it in a proper way ! A superb music selection provides just the right atmosphere !

First time with friends on a spring Saturday evening. The tongs menu is full of variety between white and red with a gluten-free option for all. Very tasty and difficult to choose, a good portion served on a cutting board with a pizza cutter. I enjoyed eating it with my hands. Thin and crunchy pinsa, digestible and richly filled without the pasta underneath being affected. Goooood Yummy. Young smiling staff, courteous and kind. I recommend booking.

Excellent food. The gluten-free pinsa dough is, truly, delicious. The atmosphere is great and the attention of the waiters is unbeatable.

Come sempre questo locale è una garanzia. Ale e Valentina sono sempre pronti ad accoglierti e darti il benvenuto; la domenica sera è allietata anche dalla presenza di Sara che è un uragano di sorrisi. Ancora una volta questa pinsa ci ha stupito , croccante e molto fragrante la base poi è condita con ottimi prodotti di una materia prima di ottima qualità. Si vede quando c è ricerca e innovazione. Ottimi anche i dolci fatti in casa.

In centro a Brescia ho potuto assaggiare la mia prima pinsa senza glutine e l’ho trovata veramente buona. Tutte le pinse in menu possono essere fatte in versione senza glutine con sovrapprezzo di tre euro. Il locale è molto piccolo quindi è indispensabile prenotare per trovare posto. Segnalo come il locale lavori su due fasce di prenotazione ( sette o nove).

Excellent pinsa, really good beer, very kind, the place is small, however the owner is very kind and also the waiter, they put you at ease and in 5 minutes especially after tasting the pinsa you think "if I pass by Brescia again I'll come back" very good, mine was stracciatella pugliese, buffalo mozzarella tomato courgettes scapece and cherry tomatoes, soft crunchy and worth a second. Well done
