Excellent pinsa, really good beer, very kind, the place is small, however the owner is very kind and also the waiter, they put you at ease and in 5 minutes especially after tasting the pinsa you think "if I pass by Brescia again I'll come back" very good, mine was stracciatella pugliese, buffalo mozzarella tomato courgettes scapece and cherry tomatoes, soft crunchy and worth a second. Veniamo a mangiare qui per provare il nuovo impasto senza glutine: pazzesco!!! Buono, gustoso, nessuna differenza particolare dagli impasti con glutine. Staff gentile e cordiale, interessato a come stava procedendo la serata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, in linea con aspettative.
