We went last night and had an excellent tagliata. We usually order the Roman-style pizza, always thin and well-cooked.

It's not my first time here. However, I have to say that the food is always very good, but the service is lacking. There are too many tables for one person. The atmosphere is very noisy.

Fast and efficient service, typical Roman cuisine, good value for money, not luxurious but affordable for everyone.

Roman pizza...you won't get thirsty at night! Pizzerias like the ones you used to go to with your uncles... They won't rob you or do weird things to you. Go there, places like these are disappearing. 😌

Family-friendly, quiet, and clean atmosphere.
Friendly, welcoming, and fast service.
Fantastic supplì, even the zucchini flowers are delicious.
Delicious, well-cooked Roman pizzas.
Highly recommended!!
P.S.: Some waiters carry their napkins over their shoulders, like they used to...💯

Pizza molto buona e digeribile... Anche i fritti ed altri piatti molto buoni..... Buona la qualità ed anche i prezzi. A volte essendoci tanta gente si aspetta un po' soprattutto il sabato sera..... Ma ne vale la pena

A corner of Rome in Cinecittà that has stood the test of time, and thank goodness!
For me, La Pineta is not just a trattoria: it is a piece of my history. As a boy, with my high school friends, it was our regular meeting point for a pizza, a laugh and a few too many supplì.
After all these years, it is always a pleasure to return — and the great thing is that the management is still in the hands of the same family, with one of the historic brothers always present and a staff, mostly “family”, who keep that genuine and welcoming atmosphere alive.
The place is a Roman trattoria/pizzeria as it should be: large internal room, large covered outdoor space and cuisine that tastes of tradition, without however giving up a few more modern touches.
The pizza is the classic Roman one, low, crispy and well-topped.
The supplì — believe me — are among the best I have ever eaten, crispy on the outside and stringy on the inside, and the cod fillets are also excellent.
Among the first courses, the gnocchi with tomato sauce are worth it (simple but perfect) and I recommend trying the tagliata. Last but not least, the Bronte pistachio dessert is a must rather than a recommendation.
Good selection of beers on tap and a good choice of wines well thought out for the type of cuisine.
Even the service, despite the place often being full (especially on Saturday nights), is always fast, friendly and attentive.
In short, La Pineta has remained true to itself while updating itself with the times. A simple, true place, where you eat well and feel better. And every time it's like taking a step back in time, but with today's taste.
Highly recommended.
