We went to this restaurant to celebrate my grandmother's birthday and we couldn't have made a better choice! The service was simply impeccable: chefs and waiters demonstrated great professionalism and attention. As a waitress myself, I can recognize and appreciate the commitment and dedication of the staff, who were not only kind and courteous, but also extremely patient. The food was excellent from starter to main course, with a special mention for the risotto: one of the best I've ever eaten! The quality and care in the preparation of the dishes were evident in every course. A gesture that we particularly appreciated was the offer of two bottles of sparkling wine instead of the final bitters, a truly rare attention that made the experience even more special. I have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. Congratulations to the whole team, you have earned a table of loyal customers. We can't wait to return!

Very characteristic restaurant, developed on an old mill, where rice was processed. There are still millstones and other machinery, I would say a small museum. Clean, very welcoming, rustic place, friendly staff, dishes with particular, interesting combinations. The main dish is obviously the risotto! The apple pie, also with rice flour, especially suitable for those with gluten allergies, is good. The wine was served to us plug but I saw several bottles of various types displayed in the display cases. Nice place, good genuine food, well served.

A location full of charm and very characteristic history, where rice becomes poetry on the plate. I highly recommend it for the tasty and special dishes and for the very welcoming staff who are attentive to customer needs.
