Excellent restaurant, professionalism and quality combined with kindness. Considering the price, I can only give it 5 stars. I think it's one of the best restaurants in the province of Reggio Emilia.

Small restaurant between Bagnolo and Novellara, a pleasant shabby-style environment, with vintage objects placed at random. Meat and fish menu with quality raw materials and some proposals outside the national territory. The first courses (tortelli and gnocchi), the fried mushrooms and the desserts are excellent, the Erbazzone is superb, the fried gnocco is disappointing. Friendly but naïve staff, with not short waiting times in the evenings and on weekends. Prices and fish dishes are restaurant-style, the service and traditional dishes are restaurant-style. Recommended during the week for lunch when you can choose from many types of fixed menu.

Sono stato a pranzo con mia moglie torneremo sicuramente quando passeremo da quelle parti. Piatti deliziosi e servizio cordiale, gentile e premuroso. Locale molto carino.

Menu tradizionale reggiano con aggiunta di piatti di pesce. Tutto molto buono. Eccellente il gnocco fritto che si accompagna a salumi buonissimi.

07/12/2025: Excellent restaurant with a carefully selected menu and very friendly service.
09/11/2025: Delightful restaurant next to a former hospital, now a museum of naive art. The place is very cute, with outdoor seating under a gazebo and inside. We ordered a second set of ravioli for our first course, which were truly delicious. The meat-based main courses were also excellent. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!
