The carbonara was delicious, the appetizer was amazing.

the expirience in the restaurant was nothing but great in my opinion, we arrived with no reservation to what seemed to be a fully reserved restaurant (we arrived at 7pm) and the waiter checked the reservations and told us we could sit at a table but they needed it free for 8:30 pm, which in my opinion was fine, i was more than happy to atleast be recieved in a good manner and most importantly be able to dine at this restaurant. Moving on to the food, it was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. we ate pasta carbonara and mix meat grill and the aftermath was nothing but satisfactory. i would definitely recommend it, the price, staff and environment was truly amazing.

We were there on Valentine's Day too. Beautiful atmosphere... a wonderful evening with giveaways, personalized love messages, and finally a drawing to win 4 dinners. The highlight of the evening was the heart-shaped focaccia. The evening's menu was varied and catered to refined palates. The dishes were DELICIOUS, and they weren't just small bites, in fact. The presentation of the dishes was excellent, mouth-watering just looking at them. The final dessert... strawberry tiramisu. What more can I say? The photos speak for themselves. A special mention goes to all the wait staff (as well as the chef), all smiling, kind, friendly, and always keeping an eye on anything missing from the table. And a truly SPECIAL mention goes to the great chef MAURO. An excellent host, he also brightened up our evening with his presence: smiles, going around the tables for the drawing, Valentine's Day cards, and so much more. It's worth noting that Mr. MAURO always has a strong focus on charity, and who can't afford a pizza? Optimistic value for money. If you don't believe us, there's only one thing to do... I've lived in Monteverde for many years, but only last Friday I went to Pietra Scheggiata. My opinion is very positive. First of all, I really liked the place, which is truly well-kept and unique. I ate very well; the pizza is typical Roman. The supplì was delicious. The tiramisu was delicious. The waiters were very kind and professional. I paid very little for what I ate. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The pizza is 5-star, Roman-style, thin, and crunchy. The ingredients are excellent. The owner at the counter is friendly, but sometimes he gets a little too funny.

We don't usually write reviews, but I think this pizzeria deserves one. Very friendly waiters and cooks… delicious pizzas. 10/10 for quality and price.

I just ate the famous carbonara pasta with my boyfriend tonight and we were very pleasantly surprised!! a quiet place with good music and very nice staff. it is a necessary experience for a visit to rome😁

Let's start by saying that, in my opinion, this isn't the best carbonara in Rome; in fact, it's not even quite the authentic carbonara as tradition dictates. They use a few tricks to make it light, somewhere between creamy and fluffy, but that doesn't make it any less delicious. Carbonara is good, but for me, true carbonara is something else entirely. I was surprised by the pizza, but here we are, perhaps, among the best in Rome. Overall, a place to go for a quiet meal. Highly recommended.
