Typical Romagna piadina, beautifully filled, cooked to order, with top-quality cured meats. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Excellent, central location.
Piadas and cassoni with delicious fillings and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the freshly made piadas are ready in just a few minutes. The only downside, unfortunately, is the dough, which isn't the classic one, but rather made with what's likely whole wheat flour, which gives the piadina a bitter taste. It's a shame.
