Piades and cassoni with delicious fillings and quality ingredients. Nice atmosphere and freshly made piadina ready in a few minutes. The sore point is unfortunately the dough which is not the classic one, but made with probably wholemeal flour which gives a bitter flavor to the piadina. Sin
