The pizzas are excellent. On the other hand, this pizzeria is a victim of its success and the wait between ordering and collecting the pizzas is very long.

23/09/2024: Durante il nostro soggiorno a Corniglia, abbiamo avuto la fortuna ed il piacere di iniziare ogni giornata con le superlative colazioni di questo bellissimo locale, semplice e molto accogliente. La qualità servita è davvero eccellente ed i prezzi perfettamente in linea con la qualità servita. Una cosa che vorrei mettere in evidenza, che non è scontata, è la gentilezza del personale. Simpaticissimi e pronti ad accogliere i clienti con un sorriso che fa iniziare la giornata nel modo giusto! Vale davvero la pena fermarsi in questo locale se si passa per Corniglia ✨
18/09/2024: El camarero es muy descortés. Sólo tira los menús en el escritorio, muy grosero para todos. Pedimos huevos extra porque él pidió y vino sin huevos, y cuando le pedimos fue grosero y mostrando con hombros lo que queremos... Si el tipo se cambia a otra persona, entonces será un maldito restaurante de desayuno. La comida es muy buena y la señora dentro es muy amable.

The sweet cakes are also very good, very sweet of course but the pistachio millefeuille is a treat We do not regret having waited Small downside on the service we came across more friendly and the name and prices not being displayed difficult to make ourselves understood but we managed

After three days spent exploring the Ligurian Levante coast, it was here that I found the best focaccia of my experience. The quality of the ingredients, the perfect crunchiness of the surface and the internal softness made every bite a pure pleasure. The window, the welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter and the inviting scent of the oven complete the experience, making La Focacceria da Paolo a place to stop. A true gem for lovers of Ligurian focaccia.
