Un pequeño lugar encantador justo al lado de una 🕜 de las calles más concurridas en Trastevere. Tuve spaghetti cacio e pepe que estaba delicioso. Quizá la mejor pasta que he probado y una preciosa Panna cotta para terminar. Todo lavado con un par de aerosoles. Una maravillosa manera de pasar la noche

02/01/2025: Pensamos no propagar el Nino, porque es demasiado precioso para ser abarrotado. Sin embargo, está lleno de romanos y no turistas. Comida sin pretensiones con sabor completo... los carcioffi son espléndidos... sarro de ternera increíble. Oso buco según el libro. Tiramisu, desde un espacio exterior...
