The pastries are very good and freshly made. The prices are lower than other bakeries in the area.

The products are good, but that's where the positives end. The staff is very hasty and unsympathetic; they lack that smile, that welcoming attitude that makes all the difference in a restaurant. Furthermore, it certainly doesn't appear to be a clean place. I've been there a few times, always in the morning between 8 and 9. I understand the rush hour (in fact, I've always had to wait in line, even if it moves quickly), but it's not always possible to find all the tables dirty, sometimes with abandoned serving trays on them. Even the counter is always dirty. It was very convenient for me, but I'll find an alternative.

The best cappuccino, delicious croissants, and friendly, smiling service. A unique place on the map of Bologna!

They serve you quickly and courteously. Coffee costs 1 euro. I don't think anything else needs to be said.

We stopped for breakfast, and got three cappuccinos (1 barley, 1 ginseng, 1 regular) and three croissants (€1 each) for €7.30. Great prices, excellent quality! Must try.
