In prevalenza vende pane realizzato con farine antiche e con il lievito madre, con lunga lievitazione. Oltre a vedere pane biscotti pizza e altri prodotti tipici di Piana, effettua ottimi dolci fra qui anche il cannolo di ricotta e la casatta di ricotta.
