Excellent Piada, friendly and sociable owner

I have never eaten such a good piadina! The paste itself was so tasty (i have chosen the red wine paste) and matched so perfectly the stuffing (Ferrara garlic salami, smoked scamorza, mushroom sauce, rucola). The ingredients are sourced locally as often as possible. The signora preparing the piadina was really nice. All this was quite good value for money. Warmly recommended!
