Very small environment in which a very kind lady kneads and cooks piadinas on the spot, filling them with many different ingredients and combinations. The original element is that the classic Emilia-Romagna proposal is combined with Greek influences, and so you can order a piadina with porchetta and also add the yogurt sauce with which Greek pita is usually served. Not the best piadina of my life (and by the way it's also quite small), but if you're in the area and you want some piadina you can definitely fit in
