Ordered via app (terrible) after 5 attempts I was unable to pay, and when I finally succeeded at the restaurant it didn't appear that I had paid... The girl at the cash register was very kind and good and, having to do her job, she had to figure out if I had paid the least...

I've been to many piadinerias (which I wouldn't go back to) and this one is the best of all. The first point was the cleanliness of the environment, which in the others was very poor (chairs, tables and floors were sticky and visually dirty). Second point: the staff were very kind and helpful both towards customers and collaborators. It can be said that cleanliness and friendliness are due to a united and collaborative team. Third point, the piadina was obviously very good I would definitely stay here again!

Perhaps the worst service I have had in the many locations I have tried. Unmotivated, clumsy, incoherent staff between cash register and preparation. In a half-empty place you wait even 20 incredible minutes. I hope they wake up because you lose the desire. Quality remains good but management needs to be reviewed.

I had lunch sitting on the tables outside in the sun and it was very pleasant, the piadina was very good, the wholemeal dough was soft and at the same time full-bodied, the fries were very good, definitely better than those at McDonald's, there is no comparison!
