La Piadineria In Arese

Good morning, I'm a regular customer. I order a lot, and despite the girls' difficulties, I always try to understand the environment they work in. It doesn't take a genius to understand that more staff is needed, and that three girls aren't enough when customers flock to order. Sure, like everyone else, they make mistakes, but I don't feel like giving a star or judging their work. I'm speaking directly to the manager and/or manager of this store, but what are you waiting for to hire a few more employees? The girls always try to be helpful, but I understand when time, customers, and a lot of other factors don't allow it, like a lack of staff. The long lines aren't caused by the girls not doing their job, but by the fact that three girls aren't enough for all that work. I've always found the piadinas good and tasty, and I've never had any problems with the staff, but the wait is really unnerving when a little more staff would be enough.

I just went to eat a piadina in your restaurant. I was asking for clarifications on the price and I think it's a legitimate thing and a girl at the cash register tells me answering rudely that if I work at Esselunga I know that the prices are high and not to argue... First of all whether I work at Esselunga or not doesn't seem to me to be a thing that concerns and if I say that for a piadina with added avocado I like it so much for me and expensive I don't think she should address customers like that. Then again the piadina is good but there was very little of this avocado... I'm sorry I will never go back there again.

Unfortunately this time too the experience was not positive. Out of 3 totems for ordering, only one worked and every now and then it stopped (other times it happened that they all didn't work) Dinner time on a Thursday, so a long queue, even at the cash register. I tried with the App, but it was slow. A lady had to redo everything because the order hadn't been taken, so she was left in the queue again. Small staff and quite slow, they often forgot something. It once happened to me that Coca-Cola cans were hot, but being tinned, they seemed cool on the outside; having opened them, they could not change them. Really a shame: the piadinas are good (even if the costs are excessive) but overall and given that it's not the first time this has happened, the service isn't up to par.
