La Piadineria In Arese

The piadina has always been delicious, and I was very pleased with the kindness of the staff, who were able to advise me and inform me about the recently introduced menu. I will definitely be back.

The piadinas at Piadineria di Arese are truly delicious and well-filled, but they take a long time to prepare. Even when there are only a few people in front, you have to wait 15–20 minutes to receive your order. The staff is friendly and helpful, but if you're in a hurry, it's best to think twice. Once ready, the piadinas are worth the wait, but the service remains decidedly slow.

Everything was delicious and perfectly filled, just as I requested. I'm only sorry for the rudeness and arrogance some customers display toward the employees, demanding their piadina right away. Try to empathize with them, and you'll understand they can't bend over backwards if they have 100 piadinas to prepare before yours. But you know, these days you expect everything right away. I'll definitely be back to enjoy another delicious mountain ❤️

Very good food and very knowledgeable and fast staff. So fast, in fact, that they beat the piadinas at other places I've been. Congratulations, really. This is fast food!

The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is unquestionable. The ingredients are high-quality and the price is super fair. The problem is the lack of clarity when ordering: a long line at the cash register, several lines at the totems where, to order, you are required—and I emphasize required—to already have the little red totem in your hand that vibrates when your order is ready. To retrieve it, you have to dig it out of a box as soon as someone puts it down, creating chaos. The food is very good and the service is quick considering the number of people; the ordering logistics need to be resolved.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Excellent piadinas, average prices. I recommend them.
