Today I started an order via the App, which showed that I could convert the points into a 4 euro discount.
I completed the order, for which there is no review before payment, and therefore chose to pay at the checkout to make sure they had applied the discount.
Once at the checkout I asked for confirmation again, which I received positively from the shop assistant, and made the payment.
When I received the receipt, the discount was not shown.
Of the 3 employees called to clarify the situation (also because in the meantime the discount had been deducted by the App) I did not receive 1, I mean 1, word of apology for what had happened. Only replies: perhaps they will be credited back, it's a problem with the system...
Absurd!
