Always kind and clean environment

We were in a hurry to have lunch so we could continue our journey and so it was: we chose, ordered, paid and received two delicious piadinas. Excellent

I highly recommend this piadina shop, which has now become a regular stop for me! I have been there several times with my family and each time we have found the same constant: fresh ingredients, careful preparation and a warm welcome. It is one of those places where you can feel the love for things done well, even in the simplest dishes. Among the many options, one of my favorites remains La Semplice. As the name suggests, it is a basic piadina... but for this reason even more surprising: balanced, tasty, and capable of making you truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients. Sometimes you don't need to overdo it: when the raw material is good and there is care in the preparation, simplicity becomes a strong point. The atmosphere is informal but pleasant, perfect for both a quick lunch and a relaxed break in company. It's nice to know that there are places like this: authentic, without frills, but with so much substance. I will return again!
