Quick, hot and well-filled piadinas. I passed there by chance and I must say that I will gladly return

I often go there on weekends, it's always full, during the week it's better and more manageable. The last time, on a Thursday afternoon, in the practically empty room I found all the tables and chairs dirty. The furniture is quite worn, especially the counter is broken and the walls need to be repainted. In the side room a boy who is usually always sitting next to the entrance door was busy sleeping, I would like to know why this character is always there at all hours, let's say that I don't think it's normal and it leads to bad thoughts . The girl at the counter was busy counting the cash and was in a hurry to clear the shift, but she was still professional and courteous and the boy who handed me the piadina was also kind, so I'd say the staff are promoted. The wraps are generally good on the chain's standard. As already mentioned, the room, cleanliness and general management need to be reviewed.

On Friday the 18th, in the afternoon, we stopped by your house. We ate deliciously thanks to the excellent preparation of the piadina by the kind boy who served us. The environment was not very clean, tables and chairs inside with a lack of care. While we were waiting for the wraps and after we started eating, there was a person asking us and another couple for money. (suggestion made with humility: the preparation should be in sight and not behind a wall where you cannot watch the food manipulation) In general, kindness is your strong point and returning there is always pleasant even if some points could improve. Thank you.

The food is not bad like in the whole chain... dirty environment at least internally... scandalous bathroom

Nice, nice and clean environment with also a comfortable outdoor area right next to the Duomo. Fresh, quality ingredients, very tasty piadinas (you can also create your own combination from scratch). Fast service and very friendly staff. I absolutely recommend it, I keep coming back.

Cozy place. Tasty piadinas and very good quality/price ratio. You can also book your meal with the appropriate application. It is located in Piazza Duomo, therefore in full and close to the Bishop's Palace and the historic headquarters of the Catholic University. It's a place I've been going to for several years. Very kind sales assistants.
