15/08/2025: The decor is nice and air-conditioned. The service is excellent. As for the food, you had to pay extra for the gluten-free option – which is incomprehensible, since the menu outside the restaurant states that they offer gluten-free pizza. As for the way the dishes are prepared, they're not visually impressive. There are no added spices or sauces. It's simply dough with ingredients placed on it according to the order. Nothing more. There's no hint of passion for cooking. As for the taste experience, you can sense the high-quality ingredients. The dish is neatly presented. The flavor is flat, fades quickly, and doesn't develop. The potato pizza – something new for me. My thoughts. If the pizza had a few interesting spices, it would have a chance of winning me over and encouraging a return visit. However, I'm not sure if the restaurant is geared towards tourists who visit once but don't care about returning, so it's not worth investing in spices. I don't know if something's missing. It's a shame because the place is in a great location, the service is very friendly, and the ingredients are of good quality. Perhaps spices play a more significant role in other dishes. It's certainly safe for gluten-free customers.
