Kind and helpful staff, waiting time was limited despite the confusion caused by the many customers during the lunch break.

During the week, I had the opportunity to have lunch at the Piadineria. The piadina with prosciutto and mozzarella and vegetables was delicious, and the fries were delicious, soft and not greasy. The service was excellent and fast. The sales assistants were friendly and smiling. The cashier was kind and helpful, as well as very patient in accommodating the "requests" of the various customers. The environment was neat and clean. Definitely an experience worth repeating. I recommend it!!

I love piadina and I love piadina shops, but unfortunately this time it didn't go well. I asked for a roll and they gave me the regular one, but they didn't give me the Nutella one, so I had to go back to the cashier to ask, and the lady almost gave me the feeling of being a swindler... Bad...

The staff is tireless and always smiling despite the crowds of people waiting. On the negative side, the management of the Piadineria should provide more kitchen equipment so that more piadinas can be produced in less time and thus reduce the queues, especially on evenings with events.

Kudos to the piadina staff who, despite the crowds, were professional and cheerful last night. Top-notch piadina!
