La Piadineria In Roma

I often eat in the restaurants in the Tor Vergata area, this branch of the piadineria is exceptional The staff is always smiling and kind, even though it is a piadina they prepare it with care and professionalism, with the usual excellent ingredients of the franchise! It's always a pleasure

I often come to this piadineria both for lunch and dinner, because I work nearby. I usually find the 3 girls and the guy always providing great service. I found many negative reviews and knowing how they work I was amazed by this, so I wanted to read them... and I find it absurd to give 1 star because the shop is closed, when I, a customer, know that it closes at 8.45pm, and not at 9pm as Unfortunately it is written on the internet, but it certainly doesn't depend on who works there, (e.g However I would never show up at 8.42pm out of respect). nor the glovo/deliveroo situation, as the waits depend in 99% of cases on the riders or on the poor organization of the platform, perhaps due to the area being poorly served in the evening. And I say this because it happened to me one evening and it was enough to call them to understand what the situation was. Furthermore, I believe the common dining room is the responsibility of the shopping center as I occasionally see their staff cleaning the tables. I can say that having had the piadine many times and certainly not being a friend of theirs, they are always very good, and they have always made them well and well filled for me. Obviously I also believe in those who at times may have had an experience not like mine, but "Problems" happen everywhere in catering, perhaps it would be enough to immediately point this out to the kids, who would surely find a solution. I think it's always too easy to give negative reviews, instead of sometimes giving credit to those who work well and with a smile. Keep it up guys! Until next time!

I ordered two piadinas via the app, paid, collected them and finally enjoyed them at home. Excellent.
