The "Solar" roll is spectacular, and the roll with turkey, provola, sautéed mushrooms, yellow cherry tomatoes, and arugula is also excellent. Highly recommended!!

15/07/2025: I stayed in Fara Novarese for 6 days and visited this excellent pastry shop/café every day. It was a truly pleasant discovery: excellent soy cappuccino and brioche, as well as a wide selection of other drinks and various pastries and cakes. The staff is courteous, professional, and welcoming. The place also has an outdoor space in the back, where I was able to work peacefully on my computer for a few hours. If I were to return to this area, I would definitely stop by again!

21/02/2026: The service has improved a lot, everyone is more attentive and more available, the products are always excellent, the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful.
30/01/2026: Disappointing experience at this piadina shop. As soon as you enter, you're immediately hit by a strong smell of fried food that lingers for a long time, soaking your clothes and hair—definitely annoying. The wait was excessive: 23 minutes for a single piadina, with only four orders in front of us, each for two piadinas. This slowness is inexcusable, especially considering the simplicity of the preparation. Furthermore, no soft drinks available, not even a light option, which is quite surprising these days. Overall, slow service, a shabby atmosphere, and no customer service. I don't think I'll be back.
