La Piadineria In Alessandria

The piadinas are delicious (except for the two Nutella baby piadinas I bought last time: they were overcooked and split in two, like a biscuit... which isn't usually the case). The service is perfect, and the piadinas are delicious. I gave the atmosphere one star because, honestly, it's lacking in hygiene and cleanliness. The restroom also leaves a bit to be desired.

Well prepared products, long wait to be served

A very pleasant discovery. The wraps were delicious, not greasy, perfectly crunchy, and seemed very healthy. We'll be back!

The piadina dough didn't seem great to me, but after eating it in Cattolica, I think it's plausible. Try it to confirm.

I was there this evening with friends, we had some piadinas, they were delicious, the staff were kind, the girls at the cash register were kind... I don't understand some of the negative reviews, are they perhaps relatives of people who have been fired?

9 times out of 10 I ask if the piadina with galak cream is available and almost every time I am told that it is finished so I wonder if they don't feel like serving it or if for months they really avoid stocking up on a product that is missing in the shop
