La Piadineria In Firenze

It's a great place for a healthy meal, but it depends on who makes the piadina. I always get the same kind; sometimes it's nicely filled and super tasty, sometimes it's half-empty and it makes you feel bad for spending that much money and leaving hungry.

The place is a bit too small and always crowded, the service a bit confusing and slow, the food is good

The place is nice and welcoming. The cashier was very professional and guided me to the product I wanted to purchase.

We order two piadinas, which she serves quickly; meanwhile, the kitchen is preparing the line that will be served later, when the place is packed with hungry, impatient people... well done Giulia, for knowing how to organize yourself and using downtime to speed up everyone's workload. Quick lunch break, friendly staff, and well-filled piadinas! My favorites are still the Papripollo and La Mediterranea, I recommend them! 😍
