05/10/2025: Having known Chacarero for many years, I have to say that some things have changed, unfortunately. The quality of the ribs, which until a few years ago were tasty and tender, has recently become, to my regret, dry and very shriveled. It's a shame because they were my favorite dish, but it's not the only one you can order. The tortillas, for example, are still the same as always, delicious with their special sauces. The staff is kind and helpful. Honestly, there's room for improvement, as the quality of some items has dropped and the prices are a bit high. But all in all, it's a place I really like. Both for the atmosphere and the food. I hope to soon rediscover the ribs that made me fall in love with this place, which is worth at least a visit.
