Lots of negative reviews that I honestly don't agree with. The atmosphere is the same as all the brand's locations. I found the staff friendly, and due to a technical issue with an order placed via the app, they apologized for giving us a free Nutella piadina. Everything was fine for us 👍🏼

16/12/2025: I went to the restaurant last week while passing through. The food was good, although the prices were a bit steep. Moreover, they offered the daily menu to the workers, and I only a la carte, since I was wearing a tie. The girl's friendliness needs to be reconsidered.
