Slow and disorganized staff, long waits, with the excuse of online orders, to order and to pick up the product. Store to avoid, you might as well go 100 meters more and go to the same franchise in PORTA NUOVA.

very good piadina, every lunch break was a fixed stop and I always had a good time, then if you have the card you can also get discounts and the ingredients are always excellent

I went for my lunch break, and the girl who made me the piadina was really kind and polite (I don't know her name, but I noticed she had her dark hair tied back). However, I must point out one thing: the complete LACK of air conditioning in the place. It was a very hot day. I hope it was just a temporary problem. I can't imagine those girls/boys working in those conditions.

Always good! But I don't understand why the air conditioning doesn't work. It's almost as hot inside as outside, really strange why people choose somewhere else to eat... it's a shame the places in this city are getting worse.

We found the produce they sell tasty, and they have a variety of options. The only downside is that the place is too small to eat in, and they don't have a bathroom for customers.

I had a rolled piada and I have to say that as for ingredients and fillings there was nothing to complain about, but as for the service let's just forget it because the girl who alone has to make the cash, piada, glovo and serve the drinks I don't think is a nice thing, 1) for hygiene 2) for the speed of service 3) because one person alone to manage (even if the store is small) is not good 4) if there were to be a bit more turnout I don't dare imagine the wait In all this I have to compliment the girl who was on duty because with maximum commitment she tried to manage everything to the best of her ability. Assisting her at least during rush hour wouldn't be bad. I give four stars only for the girl's commitment.
