Like everyone in the chain they are lentini. A little disorganized in the service here. They don't have a system to call back orders and they call. But we know that people are lost and don't know what number they have. It didn't really satisfy me. The location is really nice. Large well furnished. The children's space could also be eliminated

Really well kept place with excellent service, friendliness is one of the main ingredients. I tried the seafood piadina, really delicious...I will definitely come back to try something else.

Everything OK. Always good products. Suggestion.. On orders of more than 3 piadinas, marking the type on the wrapper would make it easy to identify your choices

12/08/2024: Very busy, right in front of the old piazza. In Summer, sit outdoors, because there's no AC. They have a multilingual staff; we heard at least 5 different languages. Day husband and I had the bergamesco typical ravioli and carbonara, all delicious. They bring you all the water you need and have a large menu ready for wines, in a tablet.
18/05/2024: Mangiare nella Piazza Vecchia della Città Alta ha di per sé un fascino tutto particolare e Paolo, oste simpatico ed esperto, ben lo sa. Per questo offre piatti poveri a prezzi decisamente esagerati, ma il successo del suo ristorante gli da ragione. Buoni gli scarpinocc de par e la polenta taragna, mentre era decisamente troppo sapido il ragù di salsiccia della polenta concia. Sottotono i dolci.
