27/09/2025: First time at this pizzeria. The atmosphere is youthful and very pleasant, the place modern and well-kept. The pizza is made with a very light dough that doesn't weigh you down at all. 12/10/2025: Okay, it's 1.50 minutes from Rome, and the access is uphill. Now let's give the food its due, one adjective: Superlative. The house wine is also good. If you want, you can also stay overnight. It's best to book a restaurant and rooms on weekends. It's a place where the world is outside the window, as Celentano said in his song that we play on Radio Vacanze. The service is excellent, very friendly. I found a young waiter at the entrance who was very good at welcoming me; you could see he had a knack for this job. It's nice to see a young black guy who wanted to demonstrate his skills and learn.
