La Piadineria In Roma

The piadinas are delicious. The service is good. The seating is limited, but if you're a group of two or three, with a little patience you can find a seat.

The piadina is good, but the filling in the classic rolled version needs to be distributed better and a little more because I felt like I was eating the piadina plain. I also tried the roll version, which is more filling-heavy. The dough is good, and the filling is good too.

I’ve tried sandwiches from La Piadineria a few times, and the quality of the ingredients was always good. The prosciutto and meat taste very fresh, and the vegetables are opened from sealed packs, so they’re always crisp and clean. I’m not fully convinced about the bread quality though it’s prepared quickly on a hot steel surface, and it seems unlikely that such texture and speed can be achieved without some mix beyond just flour and water. Still, these sandwiches are way lighter and more nutritious compared to typical fast food like McDonald’s or Burger King. They also have a good reservation system in-store, and their app works well I’ve tested it and had no issues. The brand has expanded a lot across Italy in the last couple of years, which shows how popular it’s become. This specific branch at Porta di Roma shopping center isn’t known for the friendliest staff they do their job but without much warmth. Waiting time is a bit long for a mall food spot.

What can I say! Absolutely positive.. Welcoming atmosphere and cheerful staff. Not to mention the piadas which are exquisite. I fully recommend.

I went for lunch today and I have to say that it is perhaps the best piadina I have ever eaten in my life. The girls were also really kind. I will definitely be back

Place where you can eat various types of piadina, low prices, good food. The problem, in my opinion, is in the few seats available, furthermore the rudeness of people who finish eating and don't get up makes everything more tiring, but, obviously, the chain has nothing to do with this last aspect. Certainly a valid alternative to the various foreign chains that are rampant in every shopping center.
