I went to the piadineria yesterday and had a great time. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Being lactose intolerant, it's not always easy to find suitable products and knowledgeable sales staff who can provide the right solution.

Once again, for a quick lunch, we stopped at La Piadineria at the Castel Guelfo outlet (BO). Fast service, plenty of tables, both inside and outside.

Il Principe in Centro

23/10/2025: Only had coffees but kept going back each day once discovered. Bright buzzy atmosphere, attentive, fast and excellent espresso, deep caramel flavours, no bitterness, perfect crema and as I was having macchiato, the dense foam also notable (as was art!)
14/10/2025: Excellent cocktails, good service, great atmosphere. Would definitely come back!
