At 5:30 PM, we found a friendly, helpful, and cheerful young woman serving us—ideal qualities for a service like this. However, the essential requirement is high-quality ingredients, which I hope will increasingly be Italian, preferably locally sourced (therefore, with local suppliers depending on the store) and certified organic. La Piadineria has been a reliable go-to for me when I'm away from home for many years, and I'd be willing to spend even a little more if the company wanted to adopt what I've described so far as its distinctive feature.

A simple place to stop for a quick, unpretentious break. If there aren't many people, you'll have to wait a short time. If it's crowded, you'll rightly wait your turn. The piadinas are good, you have to be satisfied!
