Excellent piadina, excellent ingredients, the only flaw: when you order for a certain time, it's prepared much earlier, resulting in it being delivered completely cold. Luckily, we'd asked to eat in, so we asked for it to be reheated, which was promptly done. Of course, it lost a bit of flavor when reheated, and if we'd ordered takeout, we would have noticed it later when we ate it cold!
