La Piadineria In Cerro maggiore

Super helpful staff, always fresh ingredients and always DELICIOUS piadinas. Only observation: in terms of quantity of ingredients, it would be preferable if the base included a little more ingredient rather than paying double for a human quantity

La piadina era quasi fredda pure le patatine in più abbiamo chiesto stuzzicadenti e non c l hanno!! Tavoli sporchi!!! Roba da matti!!

Yesterday afternoon I came to eat some yogurt, but I found myself witnessing a truly unpleasant scene. The manager, who seemed to be the boss, a guy in his forties of Moroccan origin I think, addressed a girl aggressively in front of all the customers, using unprofessional tones and attitudes. He publicly reprimanded her for issues that seemed completely exaggerated, embarrassing her. I find such behavior unacceptable, especially in a work environment and in front of customers.

I often come to eat here because I work in Cerro Maggiore and I prefer a fresh and healthy piadina compared to the fast food restaurants in the area. In these last few weeks I have always found a young, polite and very kind girl at the register, like all the girls who work there, really professional. Yesterday, however, there was a boy who was rude to the girls and didn't seem to know how to do his job. 5 stars to the girls who work here, because he doesn't even deserve one!

Natalia, the cashier and the team this evening were extraordinary in the courtesy and professionalism shown. Fast and precise as well as helpful in choosing the menu for me and my family! 5 stars deserved. Well done

On a Saturday afternoon, just one person to manage the yogurt shop and piadina shop doesn't seem like much to me... the girl who served us was exceptional, we had an allergy problem and she was professional and available to accommodate us while maintaining a high level of safety. I seem to remember her name was Valentina. But just because she is very operational and professional I think we shouldn't take advantage of it by leaving her alone at such a busy time like Saturday afternoon.
