La Piadineria In Bussolengo

Quick lunch at the mall. Excellent piadina, the girls are kind and very fast. I'd be happy to recommend it!

The piadina itself is very good; the dough has a truly excellent flavor. However, the amount of filling leaves a little to be desired. Since we can't see how it's made, we only realize this when we start eating it. Also, I had asked for a double portion of yogurt, but again, the amount didn't seem to match the request. The piadina in question was the Parmipollo. Next time, I'll take a photo of the piadina unrolled so I can better show the actual amount of filling. It's a shame, because with a more generous filling, it would be truly perfect.

The best piadina I've eaten in the last year. Compliments to the girl who, despite being alone with several customers to attend to, was precise and prompt. Well done!
