My favorite Piadineria in the city: the recipes offered are many and suitable for all tastes, all associated with different flours for a practically infinite series of possible combinations. My absolute favorites are cooked ham/mushrooms/tomato/mozzarella and sausage/gorgonzola/tomato. Staff always friendly, fast and available to accommodate customizations.
