Good Piada Romagnola... to start the spa holiday which has now become a ritual

We went to this kiosk just yesterday for a passing lunch. We were very satisfied with both the food and the table service. Very friendly and approachable staff. The tortelli alla lastra and the well-filled and tasty cassoni are excellent.

Tried both the piadinas and the watercress, really excellent and at a good price, perfect place for a snack or a stop for a quick meal when travelling. Attached to a children's playground, a stone's throw from the historic center and the Gnome Trail.

The piadinas are excellent, the service is fast and even with table service (which is unusual for a piadine shop). A specialty we tried is the piadina with spiced lard, a delicacy that when heated in the middle of the piadina borders on a sweet taste. The wooden kiosk is in a shaded area and there is a large patio under which the tables are placed. To stay at the same level as the products and the service, the furniture should also be updated: you can see that it is dated/faded/always the one that has been brought out for at least 15 summers now....unfortunately the eye also wants the its part, not just taste and smell

It's always a pleasure to stop by the guys, after returning from a day at the beach. In their simplicity kindness wins. Impeccable. I love watercress with tomato, mozzarella and olives. I highly recommend Pam

A historic kiosk in Bagno di Romagna where they make one of the best piadina ever. They do everything themselves, nothing industrial, nice thick and soft dough, very rich filling and with first choice ingredients. A classic piadina is raw ham, pecorino and tomatoes. The managers are incredibly kind. Also worth trying are the tortelli alla lastra and the blonde foam. Thank you
