A passeggio per Lazise....e abbiamo deciso di mangiare qui per pranzo. Le piadine più buone che abbia mai assaggiato,impasto top... ingredienti top....e per di più puoi scegliere la farcitura che vuoi! Il problema è che dopo averne mangiata una ne devi prendere un'altra... Perché danno dipendenza! I prezzi sono in linea con quelli che si trovano in quella zona del lago di Garda

From “La piadina di Zia Sofia” I had the pleasure of tasting a truly exceptional piadina, and I can't help but share my experience. The dough was perfect: soft at the right point, with a light crunchiness at the edges, which makes every bite truly satisfying. The cooking was impeccable. The filling made the experience even more special. I chose a combination of raw ham, squacquerone and rocket, a classic that never disappoints. The ingredients were very fresh, with a perfect balance of flavors: the sweetness of the ham married perfectly with the creaminess of the cheese, while the arugula added a pleasant note of freshness. Everything was served hot and fragrant, just as you would expect from a piadina prepared to perfection. A detail that I really appreciated was the generosity of the filling, abundant but without being excessive, maintaining the right balance with the dough. In summary, it was a simple but extremely satisfying experience. A piadina with quality ingredients and careful preparation. The staff is very friendly and nice. I can't wait to come back to try other variations!

It's been a long time since I've eaten something so delicious. ;0) The first variant was called Diablo, with Gorgonzola and an Italian salami and the second Italia with roasted chicory, mozzarella and tomatoes - absolutely great! She was already finishing work and started everything again just for us. The woman was just lovely. Highly recommended!

We popped in by chance for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised, the piadina is delicious, the lady was really kind, absolutely nothing to report... It's a shame that we live far away otherwise we would definitely have returned!

Would give ten stars. Piadine is simply great and something special. The service was warm and just lovely! Ambiance is very rustic, simply beautiful. We even got an espresso from the neighboring cafe because their machine wasn't working that day - we've rarely experienced so much warmth. We'll be back❤️❤️❤️

Piadine ottime, con materie prime di qualità, e grande gentilezza. Tavolini all'interno e all'esterno. Super consigliato.
