What a wonderful discovery! Grazia and her son are, first and foremost, people of rare hospitality. Then it's on to the palate, where it becomes a delight: fried piada with prosciutto and porcini mushrooms, tortelli alla lastra with a variety of seasonal fillings, and a nice local red! We'll definitely see each other again; it's a love threat!

Always the best!!! (11/2025)
We stopped for a quick break before continuing our tour of the Bidente Valley. We found this little kiosk with a good selection of beers, which we washed down with a plain piadina, excellent!

One of the few places in Romagna where you can eat fried piadina, as well as crescioni and various battilarde. Friendly staff and a very welcoming place. If you're passing through Cusercoli, definitely stop by.

This kiosk is located in Cusercoli on the road to Santa Sofia. It looks like a classic piadina stand, but it's much more than that: there are tables indoors and many outdoors. Piadinas are the mainstay of the menu, but they also offer cooked dishes. I ordered the fried piadina with a battilarda of cured meats and cheeses. The dishes are truly excellent, and I recommend anyone passing through to stop by. It's worth it.
