La Pescheria In Fasano

Cala Masciola is one of those places you fall madly in love with... The prawn Tar Tar, the stewed octopus, the turbot, are just some of the dishes of a divinely interpreted cuisine, balanced in flavors with lots of territory and technique..... here I see the cuisine of the future... A service, well organised, attentive in the description of the dishes, fast and flawless..... A place that I highly recommend....

We were happily surprised to find a location with such attention to detail. Excellent quality food and absolutely top notch staff! A special applause to the sommelier Francesco…..very attentive and prepared in his work. The only flaw... in my opinion both the car park and the entrance should be better lit. A place like this deserves the right visibility! Congratulations to all the staff!

We had a lunch time there with a couple of snacks as well as a gala dinner. Lunch was pretty amazing, for 20 € we had super nice shrimps with a good sandwich and burrata. One could say expensive, but we expected even crazier prices - and the quality was very good. As a venue the location was very nice to have a gala dinner, however I would say the food was nothing special. Not knowing how high the price was for this dinner, I cannot say whether I would recommend it or not.

High end restaurant with beautiful scenery, impecable service and great quality of food justifying the price.

A place as cheerful and magical as its cuisine is sad. The service is excellent, the atmosphere and the music too. Too bad it doesn't follow on the plates. It's sad enough to cry.

Given the pomp of the place, I expected less cheap dishes not because of their authenticity but because of their lack of imagination, in short, nothing special, staff not up to par but perhaps not due to their unjustified disorganization. Location nothing to say speaks for itself. In my opinion, there is no good person to conduct the entire orchestra.
