La Perla Nera Village In Senago

EVERYTHING PERFECT! I celebrated my daughter's birthday by booking practically one day in advance. The owner, Elisa, was very kind and thoughtful in organizing everything (decorations, food, and celebration) as we requested. Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and professional, accompanying you to your room in the children's area. It's large, well-designed, cozy, and clean. The games are well-spaced so as not to make too much noise in the rooms (each with a cute, themed name). The table was beautifully set; the aperitif offered a well-prepared and carefully prepared selection of food, from various pizzas, cured meats, pasta, mozzarella, fried gnocco, bruschetta, and so much more. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and always available, even for drinks. Definitely recommended, not only for children's parties but also for eating at the restaurant, which is separate from the children's area, perfect for not having too much noise. Excellent food but above all so much!!!

A perfect setting for parties and family dinners with children. The play area is truly one of the nicest in the area and well-organized. The staff are attentive to the children. The food is very simple, and you definitely come for the ambiance rather than the culinary experience. I recommend it.

Perfect experience, the kids had a great time

La Perla Nera is a perfect place if you are looking for a place where you can relax and eat while the kids play. There is a huge space dedicated to them, well structured, for birthday parties and more. However, my lowest rating is due to the management, not the waiting staff because I found the girls delightful and very kind, but unfortunately the owner. And reading the reviews now I realize I'm not the only one... We had organized a pizza party for the nursery class (so all children under 2, who obviously get sick every other day). So that same morning we had to give some cancellations, going from being 34 to 25 (6 adults + 3 less children). Obviously we took care to notify and the response we got was rather unpleasant, with an attached "threat" to pay a lump sum for the defections - which was then not applied. I recommend it for children, but honestly until I make sure I see a different management I don't know if I will return.
