A very cozy pizzeria with friendly, excellent service and wonderful food. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again sometime!

We invited a couple of friends to an after-concert to eat a pizza together. Booked for 8:00 PM, but we arrived at 8:45 PM. There were no problems. To be fair, around 8:30 PM we informed them that we were late and were arriving. Our friends, who had never been there, found the place very welcoming and clean and, above all, they enjoyed the pizzas and drinks. They told us that we should definitely organize another evening in the place.

31/01/2025: True local dining..!!! I was introduced to it by a winery. It was so delicious even though I was really, really tired. The wine pairing is also amazing. The idea of ​​it being a kind of omakase. Specializing in raw fish. It's shrimp and carpaccio with no fishy taste at all, but they also have aged sashimi, and they keep serving it until you call for appetizer stop (of course, they charge a price for each menu, but it's usually around 4-9 euros). Dried fish alpastar really... Is this why it’s Italian food? True al dente but not hard. Homemade drinks and soup (shrimp) before the meal. Is soup really a hangover? Everything was perfect, and excluding the wine, it cost about 125 euros for two. 10% VAT included. (so no tip) Michelin 3 stars in my heart. Would love to visit this area again just to stay here

27/05/2025: Great balance in flavors thanks to the wisdom and deep preparation of Lady Chef Michela Fabbro, always careful to meticulously select seasonal and top-quality raw materials. Welcoming, muffled and comfortable environment. Good selection of local wines. Thanks for the experience!
14/05/2025: An interesting experience in a historic restaurant in Gorizia. You can eat excellent quality fish masterfully prepared by young people in the kitchen (at least it seemed that way to us). A very well-kept restaurant well managed by the girl who goes by the name of Amalia. The owner is the typical gentleman host who puts you at ease and sets the mood to enjoy the experience. Excellent wine list. Absolutely recommended.
