La Pergola In Cormons

Pizzeria alla Pergola, in Cormons, a lovely little place to enjoy good pizzas, and more.... We went with a group of four, and ordered three pizzas (one sausage and potatoes, which I couldn't take a photo of because our companion had already eaten most of it 😁, and two La Pergola pizzas). You can see in the photo how generous it is, a large Greek salad, and I must say that the salad is also quite generous, unlike other places.... All accompanied by a bread basket. Before we even started eating, they brought us a small plate of battered fried vegetables, accompanied by two bottles of water, still and sparkling, and finally four coffees. All for the modest sum of 60 euros and 50 cents....

We are longtime customers. "We've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and every visit confirms the consistent quality of Bartolo and Rosetta's management. The environment perfectly combines a warm, family atmosphere with high-quality service, provided by attentive, friendly, and highly trained staff. The culinary offerings are surprisingly versatile: the selection of meat and fish stands out for the extreme freshness of the ingredients, expertly prepared. An honorable mention goes to the pizza, made with a special dough that makes it one of a kind. An essential stop for those seeking substance and professionalism. Highly recommended!"

The best pizza in the area, hands down! We had the opportunity to go there for lunch and ordered a couple of pizzas: a regular one and a mini one. Both were generously topped and delicious. The dough is their real strength: excellent, light, and super digestible, it doesn't leave you thirsty like other pizzerias often do. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
