The institution of catering in Calabria. The La Pergamena restaurant is a well-known place throughout Calabria where it is impossible not to visit. Nice to go also to escape out of the city or chaotic environments. In short, entertainment just a few steps from Cosenza. A friendly environment at reasonable prices. The quality of the food reigns supreme, an elegant and refined environment. I recommend it both for business dinners, for a leisure dinner with friends, family or in good company. I recommend it both for the excellent pizzas and the delicious cuisine but above all the fish, the first courses are delicious, the fried fish and not to mention the grilled cuttlefish and calamari, an absolute triumph. Try them!!!!

Every time I go to the parchment I immediately feel at home, the food and the environment are impeccable, the cleanliness is top marks, the pizza is the best there is! and Rosario with his staff are unique people!!! 100% recommended

I spent some wonderful holidays in Calabria and I had the pleasure of knowing this restaurant which is located in a very small and cute village in the province of Cosenza Santa Sofia d'Epiro. A restaurant located in the midst of nature and the countryside where you can breathe genuine air. We enter and find a truly elegant environment to which I said perhaps you will spend a lot here but in reality the prices are modest the atmosphere is family friendly and the staff are super kind and friendly and the food is really good compliments to the kitchen to the chef and all the staff thank you for giving me a unique experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

10/02/2025: I discovered this excellent restaurant about 2 years ago (thanks to my ex-girlfriend, I had at least some credit even if it always complicated everything 😂 but absolutely everything!!!) Kindness, generosity, courtesy!! Excellent dinner, I obviously highly recommend it On Friday 25th we returned for lunch and I was full and happy with excellent prawn and courgette and aubergine and swordfish rolls!! Excellent aubergine parmigiana, excellent, really tasty, tasty at the right point!!! (it is often too tasty and heavy in other places) I would recommend background music for pleasant company! Obviously I highly recommend it

Ristorante Pizzeria Skanderberg

30/08/2024: A beautiful location in the mountains near the restaurant there is a children's park with slides and swings plus a fountain and turtles inside, with a bar. The restaurant is family-run, the father takes the orders and the children bring the dishes, the other part of the family is in the kitchen. The service was a little slow, the food was excellent, they don't have food for those with celiac disease or lactose-free food. The prices are good and then obviously at the end of the shift the father always applies a bit of a discount when doing the billing. Also worth visiting is the town and the spectacular fortress... Come by
