We had a wonderful time at La Pentola degli Gnomi. Everything was delicious, from the aperitif to the digestif. Unlike many other restaurants, the dishes were served with a real sense of rhythm: we were able to enjoy the aperitif in peace before receiving the rest. We loved the warm welcome and felt the love of the craft in every detail. We highly recommend this place in Gallipoli!

It's hard to eat well in Gallipoli, often in very touristy places. This, however, is a very nice place, near Corso Roma, where you can find very good, typical Salento dishes. We've been there several times in different summers, but the quality is always the same. Well done!

The food is good, The service is good. I would advise the management to ban smoking on the outdoor patio. It's annoying for those dining there to have someone smoking nearby.

We ate divinely, choosing randomly the first night and returning by choice the next! The service is a little slow, but the wait is worth it!

The food was very good but nothing too special. Unfortunately there was a kid playing on their iPad at full volume so that didn’t help the atmosphere. The pasta was nice, and the bruschetta was ok but nothing I’d get again. I would recommend the octopus though 🐙

Dinner for two, we tried two appetizers (cod and octopus) and two meat-based main courses (horsemeat and beef): the ingredients were excellent, and the preparation was excellent. The horsemeat was a must-try, with its unexpected and surprising tenderness. The price was fair, and the atmosphere was informal.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like walking into a friend's home and being pampered with authentic, flavorful dishes. The service is friendly and cheerful, making you feel pampered from start to finish. Excellent value, especially considering the excellent quality of the dishes. 10/09/2025: Beautiful location in the center of Gallipoli, friendly staff, decent food, and smaller portions than expected and the prices quoted. My husband was disappointed and even gave it a 2 rating.

Ristorante Anima & Cuore

01/09/2025: Great place, we had a great time at Anima e Cuore. Smiling and attentive waiters, very pleasant. The dishes were very good, up to our expectations. A menu offering pizzas as well as typical Salento land and sea specialties. I recommend 100%!
31/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in Galatina! So glad we found it. Here you can try an elevated take on Salentino cuisine. The atmosphere in an old palazzo is unique and elegant!
