We went to Trattoria Pasteria and the experience was simply impeccable. We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that hark back to tradition, but with that extra touch that makes all the difference. Special thanks to Edoardo, a truly delightful person: welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail, he made our evening even more enjoyable. A place that perfectly combines excellent cuisine and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, we can't wait to return!

While visiting Perugia, we stopped at this restaurant for lunch and chose to sit outside. We ordered a carbonara with sausage and broccoli and a platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by Crescia. Among the cured meats was a typical cold cut called "Cogli*** di Mulo," a curious name due to its ball shape. Overall, everything was very good. The only complaint was that the speck was cut a bit too thick and difficult to chew.

We had delicious homemade Umbrian pasta for lunch. Friendly service, and we were able to sit in the shade in a side alley, which was very pleasant. The coffee was also very good. The restrooms were clean.

03/09/2025: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pizza was very good for those who love Umbrian-style pizza—not thick, so to speak. And although I prefer the classic Neapolitan style, I found it good here, even if thin, as is customary here in Umbria.
26/08/2025: My wife (67) and I (67) went to Oste Restaurant and ordered the Dubai Chocolate Labubu with Mango Mustard and I would give it a score of 67/10. It almost made me forget my fear of a job application. Even better, Kendrick Lamar came out of the kitchen and glazed me with his glorious mustard. It was such a unique experience that I would give it a score of 67/10. Then, as a parting gift, Kendrick Lamar honored me with a 67-karat gold Labubu. All in all, the whole experience cost $67.41. I would go back 67 times instead of pulling the 67 Walmart prank.

10/09/2025: It's essentially a fast food joint, but one where the food is still treated with due care; nothing like the various MCs, etc.
21/08/2025: Must try, very good prices, if you prefer substance over appearance, paper plates and no table service but the carbonara was really good and also the grilled lamb
