I came for lunch today with a friend for the second time, and we had a great time once again!
The food was excellent, both in presentation and flavor. We really appreciated
the helpfulness of the staff and their attention to customers. They were super kind, attentive, and very friendly.

We were here on a day before a holiday. The wait for a table was practically nonexistent, despite the large crowd for the event (Eurochocolate). They seated us in the corridor leading from the lobby to the dining room, so everyone walked right past us on their way out, but it wasn't too bothersome. We ordered a plate of medallions with wild boar, porcini mushroom, and truffle ragù for €18, including three medallions, a plate of gnocchi with goose ragù (note to the manager: if the dish is served with cheese, it must be specified on the menu), a charcuterie board, a quarter of house wine, and water for €52. I'd say it's a fair price. The wait for the dishes was minimal. Unfortunately, once we got home, we had to throw all our clothes, including our jackets, in the washing machine because we looked like we were done for too. There are definitely better options.

Eating under ancient stone vaults is priceless! We had vegetable soup and cacio e pepe pasta… everything was delicious! The staff was very friendly and professional!

In the heart of Perugia, close to many attractions. The food is excellent, authentic Perugian fare, yet not heavy. Excellent, mostly local ingredients. Excellent value. The chicken cacciatore with torta al testo is highly recommended!

We went to Trattoria Pasteria and the experience was simply impeccable. We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that hark back to tradition, but with that extra touch that makes all the difference. Special thanks to Edoardo, a truly delightful person: welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail, he made our evening even more enjoyable. A place that perfectly combines excellent cuisine and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, we can't wait to return!

While visiting Perugia, we stopped at this restaurant for lunch and chose to sit outside. We ordered a carbonara with sausage and broccoli and a platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by Crescia. Among the cured meats was a typical cold cut called "Cogli*** di Mulo," a curious name due to its ball shape. Overall, everything was very good. The only complaint was that the speck was cut a bit too thick and difficult to chew.
