26/04/2025: We went to this place on April 25th, after a disappointing experience in a farmhouse near Belcastro. It was supposed to be a last-minute stopgap, but instead it turned out to be the real surprise of the day. Despite the date and the restaurants being fully booked, they were very available to prepare a table for us quickly. The lady who welcomed us was of rare kindness: she looked after us carefully and also advised us on the choice of courses, transmitting passion and competence. The starter is a true journey of flavours, with a selection of very high quality cured meats and cheeses, carefully presented. The meat (photo), then, was a real delight: perfectly cooked, exceptional taste, and the idea of ​​accompanying it with different types of salt is original and engaging, adding a touch of play to the experience. Other than a makeshift solution: we found a small diamond, hidden but very precious. We will definitely be back!

26/04/2025: Accoglienza perfetta, cibo superlativo. Ci hanno accolti con estrema gentilezza nonostante fosse tardi e non avessimo prenotato. Un occhio di riguardo subito per i nostri bambini e per una nostra parente incinta. Antipasto ricco, vario e di qualità, spiegato nel dettaglio. La carne è ottima. Ci torneremo volentieri!
