La Parmigiana In Livorno

Livorno fish restaurant and more, even if it has its roots in the "Parma" land. Fresh fish cooked very well, attentive and kind service. Simple but substantial cuisine, with the menu still presented in the "imitation leather" case. The services and accessibility are "70s", but this does not change the judgment on the quality

Parmigiana has remained firm over time and in my opinion this is its strong point, here we don't pay attention to so many beauties and eccentric furnishings... here we focus on the food, excellent, as true Livorno cuisine demands. Here is the substance made as it once was. The fried food is excellent......finally done as it should......, the creamed cod is amazing, the mussels make you understand the difference with other "cheesy" places......., try the tagliolino "calafuria"......the tiramisu and the creme brulee are delicious......... .....maybe for many the 80s furniture is not good, but remember that here the kitchen is open......something that should absolutely not be underestimated. We really liked it, because the food tastes like home. See you again soon.

The restaurant frequented by locals, which is usually a guarantee of quality, did not disappoint. Nice staff, excellent food, especially the Ala Livornese soup, full of seafood and so tasty that we returned to Livorno after two days. I highly recommend it.

The trattorias like in the past, where as soon as you enter you feel at home, we were in a group and luck would have it that we stopped here to eat. Fantastic welcome, professional service and above all genuine food. We tasted a bit of everything between first and second courses, all excellent and very fresh fish. It will be a fixed stop every time we pass through Livorno.

Una conferma che si rinnova ogni volta. Chi passa da Livorno non può perdere le sue cozze alla marinara e le acciughe fritte. Ma è tutta l'atmosfera ad essere speciale e una gentilezza d'altri tempi.

I returned, I found Mrs. Grazia again with her delicate professionalism and kindness. Always delicious and fresh food, fish rarely found cooked, all in a clean, quiet and familiar environment. Don't miss it!

Très bien mangé, spaghetti vongole + dessert, très bonne qualité des produits, mais .... la toilette est affreuse, franchement dégoûtante. Je ne comprends pas comment c'est possible au 21é siècle!

One of the last bastions of traditional truthful Italian and local cuisine. Excellent service, superlative dishes that are difficult to find around. Unfortunately I don't live in Livorno, otherwise I would be here every evening. Super recommended!
