La Panetteria In Firenze

Can’t say enough good things about this bakery! We went twice while visiting Florence and both times the friendliest and most welcoming blonde woman was working at the counter. She helped us choose what to get and everything was incredible - especially the cream filled croissant. Pictured is that, a Nutella croissant, and an almond cookie. Simply amazing! We’ll be back one day!

This is the best bakery I've ever been too. Especially in Florence. I am from the state of Alabama in the US and I am here solo taking a coffee course near the city. As time passed being here, I realized I really wanted to experience more of the local places. And man is this one of them. The husband and wife that run the shop are the most welcoming and the place makes me feel like I've traveled back in time when I walk in. The quality is unmatched. I've never smelled such an aroma of bread before I walked into La Panetteria. Also, I knew just enough Italian to order what I wanted which made the experience so cool!
