The dishes are prepared with care and top quality ingredients. The Fassona tartare, in particular, was exquisite: tender, fresh and tasty meat. The service is impeccable, thanks also to the advice of Mauro, always attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a moment of tranquility.

We happened to be here this weekend of June 2nd, on the suggestion of "Momi", in this small and characteristic place. We ate and drank divinely. The waiter, a very nice and very prepared person, made us feel at ease immediately. "Simple" but well-prepared and very good food. The tagliolini with mushrooms are amazing... Excellent summer terrace with a view of the valley. We hope to return one day....

Last Saturday we had dinner at Panatella in Allerona with a group of ten people: it was an unforgettable experience. The welcome was warm and genuine, as can only be found in Umbria. The staff immediately made us feel at home, with rare kindness and great attention to every detail. We ate divinely: each dish was prepared with care, ingredients of the highest quality and a touch of passion that was immediately noticeable. From starters to desserts, everything was simply perfect. A place we recommend wholeheartedly and where we hope to return soon. Thank you for a truly special evening!

Excellent food, well presented and cared for, but not like a tavern but more like a gourmet restaurant. What disappointed me a little was the service: in a village with few people where everyone knows each other and everyone is friendly and sociable, we found a waiter who was poor in words and friendliness. There weren't many people so you expect some dialogue about local products and the place. The dishes were explained professionally.

Locale molto bello e curato ha una ampia terrazza con vista sulla valle che vale la pena di ammirare. Ottimi piatti più da ristorante gourmet che da osteria. Molto raffinati e deliziosi. Quello che mi ha deluso è stato il servizio troppo freddo e poco cordiale il cameriere. Giusto compromesso qualità e prezzo.

Incluso en un gran día lluvioso, el lugar era cálido y acogedor con excelentes vistas - la terraza habría sido encantador en un día soleado. Simple decoración elegante. Llegamos tarde, pero mantuvieron la cocina abierta. La comida es un gran nivel de la tarifa habitual. Ve con apetito y amigos a compartir platos. Teníamos dos exquisitos flan / tartaletas. Uno era una mousse / crema de espárragos (que no le hace justicia) y el otro era un Martin sabor de tomates y más. Agua de boca. Luego excelentes pastas, risotto (como realmente debe ser) y una pechuga de pato cocinada a la perfección con una salsa de cereza. Un desierto, botella de vino, café. 140 por 4 menos un descuento del 20 % a través de Fork (? ). Incluso en el precio completo esto era una buena relación calidad-precio. Libro. Lugar perfecto para un almuerzo (o cena) largo y relajado. no sea el conductor designado! Allerona es una ciudad / pueblo bastante pequeño fortificado con excelentes vistas. Una iglesia interesante que fue completamente redecorada en el neogótico renacimiento a finales de c 19. Buen paseo después del almuerzo.
