I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant last Sunday and was extremely satisfied. The cuisine is a real homage to local products, with particular attention to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The starters were delicious, a perfect start to a memorable lunch. The first courses, with homemade pasta, were simply sublime, in particular the potato gnocchi, a true triumph of flavours. The top quality meat proved to be an unforgettable taste experience: the braised shank was tender and tasty, while the Chianina steak melted in the mouth. The lunch ended on a sweet note with Sicilian cannoli and a fennel cream liqueur, an original and pleasant combination. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, although perhaps a little small and with little lighting. Places are limited, so I recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. The price is adequate for the quality of the products and the service offered. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality dining experience, with particular attention to local products.
