After various searches we came across this fantastic restaurant, as soon as we arrived we were welcomed really well at the entrance, the staff were kind and courteous.
Once seated we were able to savor one of a kind cuisine, it is difficult to find places in the area where you can savor such exquisite dishes.
I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely be back soon.

I recommend it to everyone who is in the vicinity of Soverato, wonderful place, elegant location, excellent and quality food.
The staff is polite and kind, the owners attentive in satisfying the customer's every need.

Several very tasty appetizers and excellent and abundant first courses. The menu is perhaps more suitable for a cool temperature but can still be appreciated during the summer.

Given that we traveled 30 km to come here driven by the various reviews and the presentation on the restaurant's website.
We opted for a meat-based dinner and I must say that the raw material is certainly of high quality.
Unfortunately the dishes are simple (nothing gourmet) and suffer from a service with ups and downs (glasses on the table not clean, jug of house wine and plate chipped) in a location, to my taste, not very well looked after.
In short, nothing that was worth the trip.
Perhaps the fish dishes are more interesting but given the location we didn't feel like it.
If you are in the area, for an evening, it can be done

Sublime, quantità e qualità, una sfilza di antipasti di ottimo fattura, primi di classe e fantasia, pasta fatta in casa speciale, secondi di vera bontà, vino sfuso della casa migliore di tantissimi imbottigliati, dolci per chiudere in bellezza, tavolata di amici serviti con tempismo ed educazione, con tanto di saluto dell'executive chef Nicola al tavolo.

A must for any lover of great Calabrian food. Or just great food. Starters of the house make you feel as in the final scène from Ratatouille. They are really just that good.
