La Paella In Lignano sabbiadoro

Ogni volta che veniamo a lignano non manchiamo mai di andare a mangiare un ottima paella in un ambiente cordiale .Ci ritorneremo senz'altro

Good food, very very kind waitresses BUT.. a big BUT.. It is not possible that all the waitresses go around the tables with their heads down and do not look at the people at the tables who call for service. We tried to call the waitresses for a quarter of an hour and we were not counted. I will start by saying that we started dinner at 7:40 pm and the restaurant was not full. In short, good but honestly it makes you lose the desire to order. I advise the owners to increase the number of waitresses.

I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, you eat like a god, every time you pass through Lignano it should be a mandatory stop, I didn't take photos because I always forget, from the desire to taste that wonderful paella, as soon as it arrives on the table. The place has a beautiful setting, the staff is very professional, very kind with great respect and education especially for children. A warm thank you to Pilar who as soon as we arrived welcomed us with a huge smile, kindness and availability, a thousand thanks also to the very nice lady Antonella and all the staff. Compliments to the chef who brings us a bit of Spain here in Italy too. We had dinner with fried calamari and the delicious dark paella with fish and vegetables much appreciated by our child, to finish with the crema catalana in total €76 2 people with a 1 and a half year old child and we were very full. We will definitely return both for the delicious dishes found and for the kindness of the staff. Congratulations guys, keep it up😍💝

Abbiamo fatto 180 kilometri in un giorno pure di andare a mangiare la paella. Locale stupendo e personale cortese. La tortillas e stata una cosa fantastica La paella e stata buonissima. Anche la mia amica spagnola e rimasta contentissima. Ora non vedo l'ora di ritornarci

I'll start by saying that the restaurant is truly beautiful with a truly Spanish theme, with dishes that aim to be as close as possible to the original ones, and in part they succeed but in my case I found the paella so dry and dry, it wasn't the best. Too bad because that's what I went for. The sangria and creme brulee are delicious, freshly sweetened with a tool used to burn the sugar. The Spanish waiter was a real highlight. The prices are a bit expensive, it must be said.
