Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.
03/06/2025: I am a Roman transplanted for a couple of years in the splendid Tuscia. I couldn't find a decent pizza until they took me to eat at tris and finally, finally I found the delicious and giant Roman pizza at a very honest price. You must try the pizza with friarielli and sausage. Ask for the spicy oil, but don't overdo it because it is very strong!
