We've been wanting to go to Nuova Società for a long time....finally! Simple food, unique in its home-cooked goodness...a typical dish that's sometimes forgotten...thank goodness not here! We would have tried everything on the menu, but alas, who'll ever go back to work? Compliments to the Chef! The girls are very kind and well-organized in managing the dining room. Congratulations, we'll be back soon.

This trattoria in Barge is my favorite place when I'm in the area. It offers a limited selection (3-4 appetizers, 2-3 first courses, 2-3 second courses), but everything is fresh and delicious. I hate long menus. The three waitresses are smiling and friendly, and the chef has a friendly face and is truly skilled. The price is very competitive: appetizer, second course with side dish, half a glass of water, a quarter of red wine, dessert, and coffee, all 12 euros. Need I say more? If you're passing through Barge (CN), you absolutely must eat at Nuova Società.

Yesterday I celebrated my daughter's birthday here, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The owner, his wife, and the waitresses were all so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Good food, nice, simple, and clean restaurant. There were 20 of us, and everyone was satisfied. I'll definitely be back. 👍

Very clean and spacious place in the center of Barge. It's quite difficult to find parking nearby. The staff is quick and knowledgeable. The homemade dishes are well-presented with fresh ingredients, but very bland. The appetizers are good! The gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, without Castelmagno cheese, but with solera cream. The main courses were good but lacked flavor. There's a lot of potential and effort from everyone, and I'm sure I can do much better! The prices are fair. I recommend booking!
