Very clean and spacious place in the center of Barge. It's quite difficult to find parking nearby. The staff is quick and knowledgeable. The homemade dishes are well-presented with fresh ingredients, but very bland. The appetizers are good! The gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, without Castelmagno cheese, but with solera cream. The main courses were good but lacked flavor. There's a lot of potential and effort from everyone, and I'm sure I can do much better! The prices are fair. I recommend booking!

I stand by my previous review. The dishes are well-cooked, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The service is very attentive and prompt... It's a pleasure to dine in a place where you get the feeling of people working hard! We'll be back and will gladly continue to promote you.

It's like eating at grandma's, but better—that is, on the day she's truly inspired. It's also inexpensive, and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a mountain refuge. Magical. The waitresses are super friendly, helpful, and charming!

Excellent food, excellent quality and selection, typical local menu, excellent service for a trattoria.

We chose to eat here during a trip for the Piedmontese menu. Greeted with a smile by the wait staff, we sat under the portico. The service was prompt and the food was truly delicious. The Fassona tartare and the vegetable flan with Castelmagno cheese were excellent. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are also recommended. A good bunet and coffee to finish. We'll definitely be back.

I feel like I'm back in the days of the Lira. Amazing, home-cooked food, truly delicious, made with the freshest ingredients. I think it's one of the best for quality and price.

Great discovery!! Simple, homely and delicious cuisine. I had dinner here with my family during a stay in the town of Barge and this trattoria gave a special touch to the weekend. Staff available, smiling and attentive. Fast (but not too much) in the service. The environment is very simple and informal. We ordered two mixed appetizers with which we ate easily for four, three first courses and two second courses with side dishes. Four desserts, water and house wine. The bill did not exceed 70 euros! Genuine and tasty dishes without frills but with a lot of substance, just the right portions. You really feel at grandma's house. I would return to Barge just for them. Very good!

The staff and management were simply exquisite!....I was there recently with some colleagues for lunch and we also ate very well! I'm a vegetarian and I must say that it was very good and I didn't miss anything....I will absolutely go back!
