Great discovery!! Simple, homely and delicious cuisine. I had dinner here with my family during a stay in the town of Barge and this trattoria gave a special touch to the weekend. Staff available, smiling and attentive. Fast (but not too much) in the service. The environment is very simple and informal. We ordered two mixed appetizers with which we ate easily for four, three first courses and two second courses with side dishes. Four desserts, water and house wine. The bill did not exceed 70 euros! Genuine and tasty dishes without frills but with a lot of substance, just the right portions. You really feel at grandma's house. I would return to Barge just for them. Very good!

The staff and management were simply exquisite!....I was there recently with some colleagues for lunch and we also ate very well! I'm a vegetarian and I must say that it was very good and I didn't miss anything....I will absolutely go back!

Welcome surprise; a place with real home cooking in an atmosphere of times gone by. The education and kindness of the staff, which is increasingly rare, and tasty food give pleasure. Recommended for those who prefer substance over appearance. Very honest price. We will definitely return.

Un posto da tornare sempre, pranzo, aperitivo e cena. Cucina casereccia servita al istante, personale gentile e prezzo al di sotto la qualità del cibo. Eccellente, bravi ragazze.

17/06/2025: We chose Villa Garassino for our wedding day, June 14, 2025. An enchanting place with a beautiful view surrounded by greenery, we had a really great time and above all we lived the most beautiful day just as we had always imagined it thanks to the organization and availability of all the staff! 14/06/2025: Ieri sera abbiamo finalmente festeggiato la prima comunione di mia figlia. Scrivo finalmente perché a causa di problemi di salute eravamo stati costretti ad annullare il pranzo di quasi un mese fa. Nonostante il poco preavviso con cui abbiamo avvertito, Ilaria ha compreso la situazione e si è data da subito disponibile a trovare un'altra data disponibile. È sempre stata gentile e paziente nel rispondere ai mille messaggi inviati e con il suo aiuto abbiamo fatto si che mia figlia avesse la sua serata perfetta. La cena è stata super. Gli invitati hanno adorato la focaccia e la pizza fatti da loro per l'aperitivo, l'uovo è stato il piatto che ha sorpreso di più gli ospiti,mentre il maialino all'orientale è stata la conclusione perfetta, morbido e gustoso.

11/06/2025: If you're looking for peace and quiet, an incredibly flower-rich natural setting for hiking, and exceptional food, then please check in at Locanda Mistral. The people were incredibly kind and attentive, and we had a culinary journey that will stay with us for a long time. The wines were excellent. Please come to the Piedmont Valley and bring it back to life.
03/06/2025: I had a great stay at Mistral! Thank you Manuela, Renato and the great team! The food is unbelievably great, I love atmosphere of the old posto tapa building and the new sauna is the cherry on top!
