Forget the colorful boxes you see around for tourists. If you want to taste Siena's sweets, the real ones, this is the place to be, and there's nothing more to say. I've been coming here for a while. It's a workshop, not a fancy shop, and you can definitely taste the difference. They make everything themselves, by hand, like they used to. Those white almond pastries are the stuff of Baia, tender and melt in your mouth, and the panforte is the real thing, spiced and with just the right hint of pepper. It's the taste of home. The staff is always friendly, people who know what they're doing and don't sell you smoke. This is a piece of authentic Siena.

Gran variedad de excelentes postres. Servicio muy amable, así como algunas muestras gratuitas. Sin duda recomendable. Volveré de nuevo!

ricciarelli e vin santo ottimi i migliori che io abbia mai assaggiato a Siena. Inoltre personale davvero molto professionale e gentile ho avuto la fortuna di essere servita dalla commessa Rosanna, super simpatica e solare. Ritornerò sicuramente e consiglierò ad amici e parenti di passata dalla Nuova Pasticceria quando andranno a Siena per il palio.
